Chamique Holdsclaw Drive Closure

A portion of Chamique Holdsclaw Drive will close on Sunday, Nov. 8, for approximately 18 months due to the construction of a new football training center.

The street will be closed for vehicular and pedestrian traffic from Lake Loudoun Boulevard to Pat Head Summitt Street.

Staff Area 23 located on Chamique Holdsclaw Drive also will be closed.

Campus Beautification Projects

Campus beautification projects underway along Lake Loudon Boulevard include the construction of a new campus entrance way. The brick entrance way is in the same style as the campus entrances at Volunteer Boulevard and The Hill. This work has temporarily closed staff lot 23 at the intersection of Lake Loudon and Neyland Drive.

Pedestrian Walkway Construction Continues at Thompson-Boling Arena

Improvements continue to be made to Thompson-Boling Arena, including the addition of a pedestrian walkway from the G10 parking garage to the east end ramp of the arena. Staff lot 5 will be closed during this time.
